I’m sorry the recaps keep getting delayed but I always find myself caught up with work here and there! I am determined to try and catch up this week (have downloaded all the episodes, yeeeiii!) and here’s to hoping I really do get it done! >_<
Scandal is thankfully still going strong as a drama with emotional payoffs that leave you bleeding your heart out and still wanting more. Who could ever resist?
If only that smile could be forever! This is one drama where you need to tune in to know the true depth of every emotion the characters are feeling because the actors have done a splendid job with each and every scene!
Sorry for the silence on my end about Scandal-blame my slow internet connection, weekend weddings and time spent on other every day life chores. For now though, I’m back for a while! 😉
Does he even realize how he’s always looking at her, following her with his eyes? I melt every time they’re onscreen. Like someone pointed out, Jae Won hasn’t even fully smiled in this drama yet and I am so missing that smile-it’s just…. beyond words!! *fangirl squeal*
First of all, this episode onwards I am using Jang Eun Joong’s real name, aka Man Bok to call him although he is still going by Eun Joong in the drama. Only problem is, it’s too confusing in the recap to write Eun Joong for both cause then I have to make sure to write their whole names each time otherwise it’s unclear which Eun Joong is being referred to.
Secondly, there are no screencaps in the latter part of the recap since I had to go online and watch the rest and recap as it won’t download-I’ll try and edit the post tomorrow and put up the rest if my download comes through on torrent. Also, there’s some parts I had trouble with listening to online so there are a few scenes where I haven’t done dialogue in detail-again, I’ll edit and add it later after the download!
Scandal is one of those slow thoughtful stories that unfolds emotions as much as it reveals characters. The above pair is my favorite, because despite the silent air and formal manners that exist between the two, they both care for each other more than their own selves-as any parent child would. And that’s why it hurts your heart to even imagine the worst that’s yet to come!
When I start writing the review and comments, I end up looking at everything in even more depth than before and it totally makes me fall in love with the show. Now that I’ve nothing else on my plate (Two Weeks doesn’t start until tomorrow) I am so enjoying my whole week full of thoughts with Scandal!
Wow, however short I try to make the review, it always just drags up a bit… or a lot! I was sure this one would be small, but it also took eight pages! I’m just thankful I got it done in one day with so much else going on!
The screencap above shows just exactly what I see in this drama and focus on when I’m watching it-Kim Jae Won! 😛
Hello again folks! This time, I’m dropping by to review the series ‘Scandal’. I had my eye on it from the moment Kim Jae Won signed up (After Can You Hear My heart, can anyone not love him, hehe?) Put in an interesting premise-man’s son dies because of another man, he kidnaps that man’s son, raises him as his own, and I am sold! I’d actually intended to follow the series as it aired but didn’t get around to seeing it until a few days ago. And the first two episodes made me cry my heart out.
